Security Coordinator (Thư ký bộ phận An ninh)

• Following up with the assignment from Head of Department
• Participate all training assigned by supervisor including English training and job skills training
• Establish and maintains effective employee working relationships
• Rotate the roles (cross training) within department when required
• Time attendance report weekly or monthly
• Monthly training records
• Prepare welcome kits for new on-board staff.
• Prepare other reports, letters, memorandums, forms and correspondence for the kitchen department, maintain filing system.
• Responsible for controls and requests of office supplies.
• Handle requests brought up by other departments concerning kitchen.
• Preparation of Purchase requests and follows up for the date of arrival.
• To maintain professional confidentiality and never disclose company secrets.
