Ensures that all guest rooms, public areas, office and surroundings conform to standard cleanliness and maintenance.

Provides the highest quality of service and comfort to guests in keeping the hotel' s goal of offering Total Quality service.

Directs and control in the supervising in the total operation of the Housekeeping Department, and prepares annual budget for the department.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Fluency in English.

• Degree in Hotel Management School, or general Business school.

• A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background

• Communication skills: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

• At least 2 years in 4 or 5 star properties
