Mô tả công việc

 To ensure that all employees deliver the company brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times

To ensure that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate

To spend time in public areas observing employee guest interaction and talking with guests, working through department head to coach employees in guest service skills as necessary

To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily

To maximize employee productivity through the use of multi skilling, multi tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

 To ensure that each revenue generating department (e.g. Rooms, Telephone, Transportations and Business Center) is operated in line with maximizing revenues and profit through up-selling, pricing activities and proper yield management, while delivering on the company’s brand.

 To prepare, utilize and update an annual marketing plan, broken down as necessary by division and /or department

To constantly evaluate local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel operations to make sure that the hotel’s own operations remain competitive and cutting edge.

 To encourage heads of department to look for marketing and public relations opportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business

 To actively participate in weekly yield and revenue management meetings, overseeing the appropriate pricing structures to maximize yield and overall profits

 To entertain frequent and potential customers, in liason with the Marketing Department

 To over the Rooms experience from check in to check out for all guests, working through each department head to ensure seamlessly perfect guest experience and make adjustment where necessary

To ensure that hotel policy and regulations are implemented by all employees

 To meet and greet regular and VIP guests as appropriate, and to ensure the proper handling of all of their reservations, room assignments and check in experience.

 To regularly inspect rooms and other rooms area to ensure that the standard are being maintained

To work with engineering department to maintain guest rooms and the public area to the highest standard

 To work closely with other department head members in supportive, flexible and professional manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

To make sure that Rooms employees work in supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “ we work as a team”

Quyền lợi được hưởng

• Full time contract with full benefits stipulated in Labor law.

  • Good benefit, salary competition base on your background and good working enviroment

Yêu cầu công việc

• Fluency in English.( Speaking, Writting, Listening)

• Degree in Hotel Management School, or general Business school.

• A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background

• Communication skills: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

• At least 2 years in 4 or 5 star properties
