Mô tả công việc

• Monitor all resident activities in gymnasium room, recreation room, sport courts, karaoke rooms… to be alert to any sign of trouble.

• Enforces rules and regulations of recreational facilities in order to maintain discipline and ensure safety.

• Provides information to new residents about available recreational facilities and activities upon their arrivals.

• Explains principles, techniques and safety procedures to new residents in recreational facilities and demonstrate use of materials and equipment.

• Conducts special events, holiday activities for residents in accordance with policies and inline with budget.

• Ensures all recreation spaces including Recreation room, Gymnasium room, Karaoke rooms, Sport courts and playground are kept clean, all furnitures, facilities are organized, secured and well maintained at all time.

• Instructs the rules and regulations of the recreational facilities intended for the safety and welfare of the residents. Be aware of possible situations where residents are not able to safely participate in an activity.

Yêu cầu công việc

• One year of experience in similar role in large-scale Hotels/Resorts or Staff Accommodation Facility.

• Ability to communicate fairly in the English and Vietnamese language.
