Mô tả công việc

The Cashier ensures the accuracy and timeliness in generating payments.

1. Opening of safe box, recording and banking in of daily collections.

2. Maintain a record of cashier discrepancies for investigation and follow up.

3. Count and verify money in cashier envelopes.

4. Post all cash receive from bank and guest service into Protel/RMS properly.

5. Prepare monthly journal entries.

6. Maintain petty cash float, in charge of petty cash payment and cheque payment.

7. Ensure the accuracy of credit card commission with the bank.

8. Reconcile VAT of credit card commission with the entries and invoice.

9. Update breakfast coupon from restaurant and make sure the accuracy and fully signature.

10. Bank reconciliation.

11. Implement prescribed cash count (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and surprised check).

12. Other works as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualification:Degree in Accounting

Experience:

Having experience or background in the hospitality industry is preferable
Fresh graduates from the hospitality University are encouraged to apply

Competencies:

Good verbal and written English.
Competent in PC software such as MS word, MS excel.
Able to interact and work with personnel from all levels.
Able to organize and co - ordinate in a systematic manner.
