Mô tả công việc

The Maintenance Manager holds a key and strategic position within the organisation. He has the overall responsibility of the efficiency and the smooth running of the Maintenance department pertaining to all the physical and technical installations and for the safety of the guests’ and staff’. He is part of the Executive team of the resort and henceforth participates actively in taking key strategic decisions that will impact on the long term running of the resort’s operations.
Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not limited to the following areas and activities. At management’s discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.

Yêu cầu công việc

Organize, deploy and supervise all maintenance hosts under his direct supervision.
Through proper communication ensure that hosts have all the information they require in order to provide excellent service at all times.
Ensure that the sections of the maintenance department have the appropriate staffing levels for efficient
operations while achieving set employee productivity targets.
Constantly monitor staff’ morale.
Ensure that the maintenance staffs receive appropriate and adequate training, supervision and assistance in order to achieve the desirable level of performance in the all their tasks
Regularly appraise his immediate collaborators in order to feedback to them essential information to enable them to constantly improve their performance.
Keep records of staff’ hours of duty, absenteeism and sickness and notify the Human Resources Office.
Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met as well as the maintenance of safe work practices and observance of safety rules and precautions
Promote an effective team spirit within the management team by encouraging teamwork and conducting team-building activities on a regular basis.
Ensure staff's stability and social climate
Perform Manager on duty shift
Lead by example
At least 2 years experiences as the same position.
This position opens for Vietnamese Candidate only.
Due to the destination, only available for single.
