Engages in Quality Continuous and Improvement department and Guest Service Centre service to ensure that guest satisfaction objectives within the outlet are achieved by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service as per the standards of performance and training provided
Adheres to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures

3rd year or 4th year of university/ college in Hotel Management or Business Administration
Available full-time for 3 months or more, able to work in shift
Good English level required, other language is advantage
