Mô tả công việc

Be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the system

Ensuring processes and high compliance in terms of guest relation, housekeeping, and reservation standards

Organizing department training and hiring new employees to ensure that staffing is maintained at an appropriate level to match business demand

Making monthly employees timesheet

Participating in all regular and operational meetings and in the formulation of strategic business plans

Establishing a monthly reporting system to monitor

Handling all guest complaints expeditiously to complete resolution

Closely monitoring the financial performance of the department to ensure that they are kept in line with the budget

Review inventories monthly in order to order goods, and supplies

Providing solutions to improve the problem of the properties and assist in implementing corrective measures

Attractive salary: 15M ++ (KPI bonus)

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideally in hospitality)

1-2 years required years of experience in a hotel environment or related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of rooms management systems is required

Strong organizational skills

Knowledge of foreign languages can be an advantage

Proactive work style

Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations
