What you will do

We are looking for a skilled professional to support the core operations of Dreamplex. Your work will directly impact almost all aspects of the business. By supporting behind the scenes you’ll be helping to make the delivery of our mission possible.

To be an effective Mx Support Specialist, you will need to have a sharp problem solving mind, be skilled with workflows, documents and spreadsheets. Another key is to be passionate about being organized, and really enjoy being the key to making things work.

Job duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Assisting in onboarding new members
• Creating and maintaining member accounts and records
• Setup and adjustment of member benefits
• Access control setup and management
• Helping with maintenance record keeping and reporting
• Support with basic purchasing needs for home office and DPX sites
• Assist with vendor relations and contracts
• Monitoring and reporting for various programs
• Managing storage and inventory movements
