• Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive - linking up departments to create sense of one team
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
• Sell and promote Hotel’s F&B services or Banquet Function for all meeting and event.
• Prepare proposals and contract letters to customers in an efficient and timely manner.
• Follow up business under negotiation as well and support confirmed business
• Issue Event Order’s for daily functions ideally 3 days before function, except for Last Minute functions.
• Attend daily sales briefings.
• Handle office phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work closely with the Banquet Department, the F&B Director and the Chef to ensure complete follow up a function.
• Be able to conduct an intensive Hotel site inspection and join any hosted function as directed by the Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in related field
2. Service years in the field: At least two of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
3. Knowledge and skills: Sell and promote Hotel Banquet Functions. Co-ordinate working with the Food &Beverage Department for all function organisations.
4. Other:
• Communication skills are utilised for a significant amount of time when interacting with others
• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Reading and writing abilities are utilised often when completing paperwork and management reports, interpreting results, giving and receiving instructions, and training
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organisational and training abilities are used often.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Language: Local language and Enghlish fluently is preferable
