Do you have global management consulting experience in the Hospitality industry? Do you have extensive international experience and skills to deliver consulting services and business solutions to multi-national hotel/ resort/ restaurant,… customers? Would you like to be part of a cross-functional team focused on the Hospitality industry?

At CHI Hospitality International, we are hiring a Project Manager (Hospitality Consultant) into our Professional Services team focused on setting up and management for our Hospitality clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide the consulting services to clients in hospitality industry about:

- Set up, operate the organization: Design strategy and set goals for growth

- Financial management: Set the budgets, optimize expenses and plan solution for risk.

- Human resource management: Set the policy, labor regulation, recruitment, training, C&B ….

• Understand customer requirements and scope of the project.

• Customer Facing - Be a part of the customer facing development team and offer value in building/helping build systems.

Requirement

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.

• 5– 10 years experiences at Manager level in hospitality field.

• Experiences in planning and budgeting, setting up organization

• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

• Strong analytical ability

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

• Problem-solving aptitude

• BA in Business/Hospitality field up;
