- Prepare and produce detailed financial reports as required in a timely fashion.
- Prepare and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports related with operational in Front Office as required by your supervisors and/or managers.
- Answer all telephone calls within 3 rings.
- Properly transfer all telephone calls to their appropriate destinations according to established standards and procedures.
- Receive in-house guest requests and properly process them according to established standards and procedures including the follow through and follow up.
- Liaise regularly with other departments to ensure guest requests are properly and efficiently carried out.
- Record and deliver wake-up calls according to established standards and procedures.
- Receive and handle emergency phone calls and emergency situations according to established standards and procedures.
- Conduct routine inventory taking to ensure stock levels for operating equipment and other items are up to par for Telephone Operator section.
- Process reservations from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax, or through a central reservation system.
- Creates and maintains reservation records-usually by date of arrival and alphabetical listing prepares letters of confirmation and promptly processes any cancellations and modifications.
- Assisting in pre-registration activities when appropriate, and processing advance reservation deposits.
- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
- Tracks future room availability on the basis of reservations, and helps develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy.
- Open and close the availability as and when required of hotel in all the GDS channels, IDS channels and on the hotel website.
- Promote AccorHotels Loyalty Program to guests by highlighting benefits, and assisting with queries and enrollment.
- Provide existing AccorHotels members with additional services as stipulated by the program or existing promotions.
- Monitor guest feedback and make recommendations for improvement on new products or services to meet guest needs.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Good communication skills in English.
- At least one year experience in similar role
- Able to work shift, night shift.
