• Working place: District 1, HCMC
• Working time: 09:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

• Manage and direct all activities related to human resource policies and processes including: recruitment; compensation & benefits, rewarding and human resource management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies as well as system to evaluate work performance aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Internal and external relations with state management agencies, economic organizations and other individuals related to the Company.
• Manage salary surveys and conduct competitive market analysis of total compensation and benefits practices.
• Report and advise the Company's Board of Directors on issues related to administration and human resource development.

• Preference with candidates graduated from University with diploma in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
• Expert in handling recruitment and C&B matters
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
