• Set-up all areas in the bar

• Provide support to bar back in preparation of ingredients such as juice, syrups, infusions, etc and restocking clean glassware

• Be able to take orders and serve drinks properly

• Assist the bar and restaurant teams in running a smooth and efficient service

• Fast and systematic delivery of drinks

• Work in a clean and tidy manner at all times

• Follow The Deck standards in relation to set up, cleaning, and after service

• Delivering guests requests in relation to correct Guest Service Experience and sequence of service

• To perform all tasks consistently and to The Deck standards

• Attend all training sessions as scheduled

• Maintain excellent grooming standards at all times and demonstrate a high level of personal hygiene

30,000 - 35,000/hour
