Ho Tram Rewards Manager

• Create and manage Events & Promotions program for gaming.
• Assist in handling Events & Promotions budget and delivers the necessary intermediate channel metrics that support channel success.
• Oversee events, promotions, and redemption program.
• Oversee Ho Tram Rewards Club activity and mange team members.
• Manage related collaterals for above the line and below the line related to Loyalty Marketing and Ho Tram Rewards Club.
• Assist the Senior Director of Business Development execute plans.
• Work with Strategic Marketing Analytics to ensure profitability of Events & Promotions with focus on Casino related.
• Support the day to day management of the Casino Loyalty, Events & Promotions department of The Grand Ho Tram Strip (The Grand).
• Creates bussing programs for strategic locations including Ho Chi Minh, Vung Tau and other major cities within driving range of The Grand
• Utilizing existing databases to develop effective promotions to our target gaming customers
• Entertainment of guests and future guests as required
• This must take place for all scheduled events where Food and Beverage require preparation times and must include liaising with the senior F & B management in advance, on a regular ongoing basis, preceding the event to seek their requirements and deliver booking numbers daily on publicly shared drive
• Establishes accountability processes for The Grand, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and legal requirements.
• Works closely with department management to establish sound operational business practices and methods to ensure all projects and assignments produce quality results, remain within budget and meet targeted deadlines.
• Maintains effective communications with peers and subordinates and carries out instructions in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate personal notes and details of required action items from all meetings, discussions and group events/ brainstorming sessions to ensure that these agreed action items are communicated on a timely effective basis and acted upon by all required parties or other stakeholders
• Be proactive follow up to ensure plans remain on track for all delivery timelines
• Performs other duties as required.
• This should include leading by example in phoning targeted groups, companies, entities and agencies again in support of targeted pamphlets, flyers and other media for all events etc.
• Willing and expect to take on more responsibilities and demonstrate an attitude of doing something for extra mile.

• Bachelor’s Degree although Master’s Degree is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in casino marketing role.
• Candidate must know how to run and manage casino events and promotions program
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and other key software
• Must have been responsible for marketing budget
• Strong leadership skills and ability to think creatively and strategically
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Superior diplomatic and communication skills, both oral and written
