Mô tả công việc

Chef Job Duties:

Plan and implement short and long term strategies to improve guests’ satisfaction of food quality to enhance food and beverages and promotion revenue
Supervise day to day all kitchen activity and associates
Supervised all food preparation
Coaches the sous chef and other members of the kitchen staff, so they perform at their best
Excellent culinary skills and good knowledge in food handling and sanitation standard
Experience in operation and menu composition, purchasing and maintaining kitchen equipment
Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Foreigner is prefer and expert in the Italian cuisine/ Mediterranean cuisine.

Requirements:

Foreigner is prefer and expert in the Italian cuisine/ Mediterranean cuisine.
Over 5 years working experience in the international hotel or high-end restaurants.
Strong customers and associate communication skills
Strong strategic thinking, team leadership and management skills
Ability to stay calm and perform various tasks
Great time management Up-to-date knowledge of techniques and recipes
Able to understand and communicate in English.
Preference to foreign applicants
