Mô tả công việc

BASIC FUNCTION:To be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, whichinclude recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To work closely with departments, acting in a consultancy role, to assist line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

2. To promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.

3. To recruit employees including, developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.

4. To administer payroll and maintain records relating to employees.

5. To interpret and advise on employment legislation.

6. To plan and deliver training, including inductions for new employees.

7. To analyse training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH: Chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ Bộ phận Nhân sự bao gồm tuyển dụng, bố trí nhân viên, đào tạo và phát triển, giám sát hiệu suất và tư vấn cho nhân viên

NHIỆM VỤ CỤ THỂ

1. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận, đóng vai trò tư vấn, hỗ trợ quản lý bộ phận hiểu và thực hiện các chính sách và thủ tục.

2. Thúc đẩy sự bình đẳng và đa dạng như một phần của văn hóa của tổ chức.

3. Tuyển dụng nhân viên bao gồm: xây dựng bản mô tả công việc, đăng bài tìm ứng viên trên các nền tảng, kiểm tra đơn ứng tuyển, lọc CV, phỏng vấn và lựa chọn ứng viên.

4. Quản lý bảng lương và lưu trữ hồ sơ nhân viên.

5. Giải thích và tư vấn về luật lao động

6. Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức đào tạo, cung cấp thông tin cho nhân viên mới

7. Làm việc với quản lý bộ phận để phân tích nhu cầu đào tạo

Yêu cầu công việc

CRITERIA/YÊU CẦU

1. Bachelor Degree in any field.
Bằng Đại học ở bất kì lĩnh vực nào

2. Minimum 2 year experience in similar position preferably in hospitality business.
Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương (ưu tiên trong ngành khách sạn)

3. Strong in inter-personal and leadership skills.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và có khả năng tự lãnh đạo

4. Proficiency in English and computer literate
Kỹ năng tiếng Anh và tin học văn phòng tốt
