Bell Captain

1. Directs and controls all subordinate Bell Desk staff to ensure that all operational matters are handle on time and guest expectations are met.

2. Monitors the general condition, cleanliness and maintenance of the buggies and takes appropriate action where necessary.

3. Prepares duty rosters ensuring the most efficient use of resources.

4. Co-ordinates guest transportation requirements with the Car Hire desk and takes corrective action in the event of anticipated problems.

5. Co-ordinates the ordering, receiving and delivery of all newspapers and magazines.

1. Bachelor Degree in any field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position preferably in a hospitality business.

3. Proficiency in English and computer literate.

4. Able to handle physically demanding workload.
