Mô tả công việc

1. To assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of the outlet functions.

2. To oversee the dining area, supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with standard operating procedures.

3. To create a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.

4. To maintain records of staff periodic manner and operating costs.

5. To provide feedback and coaching to the Team regularly, including cross-training.

6. To treat all Team Members fairly, with respect.

7. To set high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift.

8. To work with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.

9. To handle guest’s complaint in restaurants.

10. To schedule periodic food and beverage service staff meetings to ensure correct interpretation of policies and obtain feedback from staff members.

11. To maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills, or monitor bookkeeping records.

12. To check quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.

13. To meet with sales representatives to order supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning items.

14. To arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.

15. To total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day.

16. To ensure new products are executed properly following roll-out.

17. To be capable of handling irate customers with a friendly/calm attitude.

18. To ensure product quality and great service.

19. To deal with changes/problems (e.g., being short-staffed).

20. To effectively forecast restaurant needs.

21. To set priorities and goals for shift arrangement as work demands change.

22. To prioritize tasks effectively to ensure most important tasks are completed on time.

23. To delegate and follow up effectively.

24. To take ownership of issues or tasks and also give detailed update to the Director of F&B and the General Manager.

25. To seek, listen and respond to Guest feedback.

26. To effectively identify restaurant problems through reports and can ideate & execute to resolve the same.

27. To monitor inventory, track staff schedules and pay, and perform other record keeping tasks.

28. To assist in planning regular and special event Menu.

29. To prepare budgets and personnel forecast for months or years.

30. To evaluate staff performance or take action on incidents where necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. At least five years’ experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or equivalent in high volume five-star hotels or upscale hotels or fine dining restaurant with excellent oral and written communication skills.

2. Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or in a related field.

3. Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) software, inventory software, restaurant guest satisfactory tracking software etc.

4. Good command of Chinese and Vietnamese.

5. Excellent training and coaching skills.

6. Strong management and leadership skills.

7. Passion for service excellence.
