[COMMAS] - Assistant Outlet Manager

Working Place: 41-43 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, District 1, HCMC

Working time: 8:00PM - Late (Wednesday - Friday)

Job Description:

Support monitoring daily activities at the restaurant.

• Supervise the restaurant and all related areas in the absence of a Restaurant Manager or Lobby Supervisor.
• Participate in department meetings.

Perform daily restaurant activities

• Help ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures.
• Supervise the service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with the law.
• Supporting business activities to ensure sales goals.
• Providing VIP customer service
• Monitor employee levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial goals are met.
• Handling guest issues and complaints, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary.
• Support to review the comment card and guest satisfaction results with the staff

• Supervise and train staff at the restaurant.
• Attendance, work shift management of employees.
• Disseminate company policies to employees and internal announcements "

• Mức lương: Lương cơ bản + Service charges + Tips + Phụ Cấp
• Nghỉ 04 ngày/tháng.
• Nhận đồng phục ngay khi nhận việc.
• Ký kết hợp đồng lao động, BHXH, BHYT đầy đủ theo quy định pháp luật.
• Lương + Thưởng Lễ Tết (theo tình hình kinh doanh của công ty)

• At least 1 year experience in Food & Beverage, Night life business with the similar role,
• Able to work under pressure
• Good experience in customer care
• Capable leadership
• Good at English
