Uniform Attendant - Nhân Viên Đồng Phục

• Fix uniforms for hotel staff member, items of linen and upholstery as per hotel specifications.

• Ensures that all linen and uniforms are repaired before issuing them to staffs.

• Measure, make or alter uniforms for new employees

• Take care of basic alterations requested by guests.

• Inform the linen room supervisor for replenishing sewing supplies.

• Repair and maintain uniforms for all hotel employees.

• Convert discarded linen into usable items for re-circulation.

• Organize and take inventory of all fabric materials.

• Assume duties and tasks assigned by Superiors.

• Assumes responsibilities of linen/uniform room attendant whenever required.

• Attends behavioural and vocational training in own and related work areas to enhance skills and develop multi-functional.

• Keep a detailed record of the daily work.

• Keep the tailoring area clean and tidy.

• Handling and issuing of staff uniforms, F&B linen and room linen according to procedure.

• In charge of collecting and issuing uniforms on a one to one exchange basis.

• Maintains the standard of staff uniforms and reports losses and damages to Shift leader.

• Assists in repairing uniforms in the absence of seamstress.

• Verifies that resigned/terminated staff returns all uniforms and shoes.

• Keeps uniform/linen room neat and in good order.

• Records and issues uniforms and shoes to new associates.

• Ensures daily records are properly kept.

• In charge of periodic issue of socks and stockings

• Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
