Mô tả công việc

  • Attend all daily briefings and always support the team and be flexible to work across different sections of the kitchen as per your skills set and the business needs
  • Washes and peels ingredients in order for them to be used in the production of dishes
  • Ensure that all mise en place is prepared to the highest quality as per standards set by the superiors
  • Ensure the set up and replenishment of buffets
  • Assist superiors in the pickup of requisition and in organizing it in the corresponding storage
  • Inform superior of ingredient quantities when the stock levels are low and ensures there are always enough for the day to day usage
  • Store ingredients in dedicated containers, making sure that they are best preserved and labelled according to standard
  • Cleans and sanitizes the working surfaces, tools, utensils and working area before and after usage as per food safety standard
  • You will prepare all Mise en Place as required and directed on a daily basis
  • Uphold the Hotels Stringent Hygiene Policy and ensure that all SOP’s are covered
  • You will always maintain a healthy work environment with a high standard of Personal Hygiene
  • You will attend all shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are meet in line with Regents Taste Gallery Philosophy
  • Ensures that all dishes from your section are prepared consistently and in accordance to Regents Taste Gallery Recipe standards
  • Ensure that all goods/ingredients received are up to the required standard for food production and highlight any problems to your Chef in Charge
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all storage areas as well as stock rotation on a daily basis
  • Perform basic cleaning duties and ensuring that all of your work’s stations are properly sanitize
  • Report any problems relating to Engineering, Stewarding or Hygiene to your Chef in Charge
  • Work in conjunction with the Demi Chef de Partie/Chef de Partie /Sous Chef to support all Food Promotions and create uniquely memorable Regent Moments
