Mô tả công việc

• Supervises and Inspect accomplishment of plumbing technician
• Familiarize with hydraulic plans and location of shut off valves throughout the resort.
• Monitors water usage for the Resort including irrigation water
• Services plumbing defects as required including steam, water and drainage.
• Maintain correct operation of Water Treatment Plant and Sewerage Treatment Plant together with Plant operator
• Repairs any plumbing defects as required.
• Know and understand the operation and maintenance of all plump Equipment and maintain as directed.
• Ensure complaint and requests are handled with the aim of exceeding guest expectations.
• Prioritizes and takes appropriate remedial action in case of problems.
• Participate in the day to day operation of the Engineering Department including general repairs and maintenance in the resort.
• Monitor stock and order spare parts for equipment, general consumable parts and materials as needed to maintain minimum stock levels.
• Perform other tasks and duties as directed or assigned by your immediate superior.
• Notify your superior immediately when any equipment or lighting failure is noticed to expedite repairs/replacement.
• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation immediately it occurs and notify staff of potential danger.
• Open to new ideas and willing to make changes in improving customer satisfaction.
• Respond positively to changes in the workplace.
• Supervise work to be undertaken by outside contractor/s.
• Understand requirements of each job and ensure the completion targets are met.
• Carry telephone and respond to requests from managament/operator regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the day.

Qualification:

Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Engineering Skills or related field

Experience:

5-year minimum in five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant

Service years in supervisor/manager level:

1.5-year previous experience in same position

Language:

English
