Interior Design Supervisor

• Supervise ID Staff on repair and maintenance program for the Resort Buildings and Interiors
• Supervise carpenters and painters and ensure all maintenance work is carried out correctly.
• Maintain all the related workshops and machinery in working area clean and tidy at all times
• Maintain the necessary stock of wood and material to make sure all maintenance work can be done within the resort.
• Follow up all work orders in the ESCAP/PES Engineering Software System and ensure that there is no backlog of work and to take any necessary follow up.
• Undertakes all tasks (related to ID works) guided by the Work Order System as well as requests by immediate supervisor.
• Initiate cost estimates of labour & materials required for work orders, and construction work orders. Sees to maximum utilisation of equipment and supplies.
• Familiarize completely with the technical detail of all civil areas & services relating to the property.
• Open to new ideas and willing to make changes in improving customer satisfaction.
• Able to work under pressure during busy times.
• Respond positively to changes in the workplace.
• Participate, support and attend training programs as scheduled.
• Understand requirements of each job and ensure the completion targets are met.
• Show initiative to overcome problems or obstacles to ensure that completion targets are met.
• Show commitment to all tasks, work & project delegated to ensure that completion targets are met.
