Restaurant Sales Manager (Chinese speaking)

1. To interact with clients, owners and suppliers to promote Food and Beverage and the hotel image.

2. To communicate with target customers/guests and manage guests relationships.

3. To contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments to increase outlets awareness.

4. To develop insights on the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel F&B rates competitive in the local market.

5. To maintain and update Food and Beverage guests database.

6. To create and implement effective marketing schedules of Food and Beverage activities

7. To provide F&B outlets with advisory or initiative on F&B sale enhancement.

8. To analyze Diners’ feedback, tastes and trends for proper promotional programs.

9. To evaluate marketing promotions and produce monthly reports

10. To perform other tasks assigned by Director of F&B/ Assistant Director of F&B.

1. Three or more years’ experience as a F&B Senior Sales Executive or similar role in high volume five-star hotels or fine dining restaurants.

2. Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, or in a related field.

3. Good command of Chinese, English and Vietnamese.

4. Excellent networking, selling and negotiating skills.

5. Good management and leadership skills.

6. Passion for service excellence.
