Working Place: Godmother bake & brunch (2-4-6 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe Ward, Dist.1)

Be in charge to manage & operating efficiently overall outlets:

- Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.

- Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.

Be in charge to develop personnel activities:

- Developing in a teamwork, plan and strategies for increasing food and beverage sales as well as serve a good service.

- Be responsible to give appraisals to team members to get them Developing or promoted.

Perform daily restaurant activities:

- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations, securing revenues.

• Salary 20 - 30 million/month

• At least 3 year experience as Restaurant Manager Assistant.
• Knowledgeable about wine.
• Good experience in customer care.
• Capable leadership.
• Excellent in English skills.
