JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a talented and motivated beverage manager to be responsible for all the beverage menus in every Marcel outlet, as well as leading operations of the small hidden bar located above Marcel Gourmet Burger - Thao Dien.

Ideally, the beverage manager has extensive experience as a head bar, capable of crafting and creating new drinks, but will also work closely with the operations and marketing team on the strategy, events, in order to increase sales.

TASKS

1. In charge of opening or closing shift

a. Opening shift: fully clean and set up, make sure all the floors are ready 15 minutes before opening time. Check bar and kitchen items availability, then team briefing. Shift transfer at the middle of the Day.

b. Closing shift: Shift transfer, organize the team to reclean up all the floors and toilets, check bar and kitchen items availability, then team briefing. Closing expense and calculating money, cleaning up all service stations, water plants, and sending daily reports.

2. Provide excellent customer service to the guests

3. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

4. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

5. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

6. Handling POS and cashier station during the service

7. Able to access the POS Back Office system to edit menu, pricing, etc

8. In charge of all the beverages research and development for the whole group outlets

9. Conduct daily as well as monthly inventories

10. Fill the weekly rosters

11. Record all restaurant expenses

12. In charge of collecting all the red invoices include pay by cash and by debt

REQUIREMENTS

1. We are looking for a professional, high-energy bar manager with excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of classical/signature cocktails.

2. The Bartender will greet customers, present the foods & drinks menu, explain the menu, prepare àn deliver beverages to customers. You will also up-sell items, create recipes , utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

3. To succeed as a Bartender, you should have a neat appearance and engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.

SALARY: 12.000.000 - 16.000.000/month. Probation maximum 1 month, 85% salary.

We also provide:

Deposit 300.000VND uniform from the 4th day of receiving the job.

Parking fee: 10,000 VND/DAY

Meal support: 30,000 VND/DAY

Fluent English/Vietnamese.

Ability to work long hours/late.
