Mô tả công việc
- Delegate and direct service tasks, monitor the progress of the lounge
- Setting up and maintaining a service operation
- Follow and enforcing lounge/company policies to service team member
- Manage the service operation to ensure customer experiences is above standard
- Manage service team working schedule with dilligience and hard work
- Ensure the service team member experience is fun, safe and motivated
- Keep clean and professional style and dress that match as a F&B manager
- Cooperate with other departments and colleagues in order to make good teamwork
- Serve as brand ambassador of the lounge
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and Sales Representatives.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Over 2-year experience as an F&B team member in a 4/5-star hotel
- Over 1-year experience as an F&B manager of lounge/bar/club/restaurant
- Over 25 years old, Vietnamese
