Mô tả công việc
- Identify the customer’s requirements and expectations for each events/party.
- Manage all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes.
- Maintain event budgets.
- Book entertainers, photographers,...etc
- Order supplies needed for events and ensure items arrive in time
- Develop effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
- Supervise staff at events, assign duties, and provide general direction
- Conduct post-event data and strategic analysis to inform future events
- Plan and execute pre-event marketing

Requirement
- Have a passion for creating unique events and organizing skills.
- Over 2 years of experience as an event planner.
- Over 1 year experience in events/parties planning in hotel/lounge/bar/club
