What you will be doing:

• Recommend changes to these standards and training needs on an ongoing basis.

• Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all Front Office systems.

• Ensure you have complete knowledge of hotel services and facilities.

• Ensure that all calls received are answer quickly and a prompt follow up is done

correctly.

• Liaise with related departments for guests and hotel requirements.

• Co-ordinate special requests made by guests.

• Manage all special request made by guests.

• Ensure all transportation requests from guests and internal departments are

recorded and communicated to drivers to take action accordingly.

• Control all postings related to transportation revenue to ensure revenue maximize

on monthly basis.
