Mô tả công việc

Arrange monthly service schedule, building schedule training system, security air conditioner for technical room. Carry out work, monitor holidays... of employees in the department
Responsible for answering the phone for the Head of Department as well as the Technical Department
Responsible for transcribing the contents of the meeting of his department
Preparing documents for direct management, meeting summaries, in documents,...;
Keep Secret content of the public paper, document,…;
Arrange printing and photocopying of documents;
Urging and monitoring the work of the maintenance department;
Carry out the main tasks;
On behalf of TBP check the import and export of goods, maintain equipment and replace according to the correct procedure.
On behalf of TBP implement management, inspection and inventory of CCDC and equipment scale.
Coordinate with other departments in the company to implement work.
Report directly to TBP.
