Revenue Manager

• To assist Director of Sales & Marketing in the day to day functions of the Revenue department for maximization of all properties’ revenue and market share. Recommend and implement appropriate revenue management strategies in the hotel.
• The Revenue Manager will assist assigned hotels in developing and managing revenue and yield strategies encompassing all facets of pricing, demand analysts, yield management, market segmentation, business mix and selling strategies.
• Supervise function and performance of revenue staff, implementation of policies and procedures, training and perform any other duties requested by Director of Revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)

• Strategize and implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices through regular market intelligence and benchmarking
• Implements appropriate hotel inventory distribution strategy; maintains accurate rates and inventory allotments in property PMS in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels
• Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies
• Provide critical analysis of strategies, room's statistics and demand factors
• Conduct competitive and demand analysis

• General Skills: Strong analytical skills, demonstrated management skills, including leadership, organization, communication and control
• Technical Skills: Advanced competency level in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Language: Good command of both written and spoken English
• Physical Requirements: Warm and good personality

Qualifications –

• Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or any related field preferred
• Licenses & Certifications: Revenue Management Certification (if any)

Experience –

• 3 or more years of Hotel Revenue Management experience with financial or analytic exposure
