Supply Chain – Senior Executive

Position Summary: Senior Executive to be responsible for execution of the company’s end to end sourcing and sales of products and services essential for our operations. In addition, the individual will be responsible for all phases of sourcing and sales that require the skills necessary to identify cost saving opportunities, create competitive environments, creatively negotiate, generate contracts to assure seamless availability of all products to support the company objectives.

• Take overall responsibility for the execution of sourcing and sales activities of the company across all sales channels to ensure that those goals are achieved

• Execute daily operation the company’s procurement portfolio ensuring transparency of spending

• Search the right products through sustainable networking with potential suppliers

• Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management

• Implementation for responsible negotiations for best possible cost service guarantee and develop “win-win

• Research and Report for anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers

• Maintain and develop supplier relationships (trade shows, supplier meetings, conferences, etc.)

• Participate in establishing short-term and long range planning and budget development of the company to support strategic business goals with manager level together

• Participate in department to develop forecasts for future demand and place orders in a timely based upon vendor lead-time

• Perform the cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks

• Coordinate with other functional department to execute the purchasing task and deliveries

• Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Key Result Area:

- Perform purchasing and sales needs according to functional owner requests on time & within budget

- Implement export/import and related certificate process upon business requests on time

- Develop sourcing & develop suppliers’ capability for SK business needs

- Develop capable partner networks as sales channels

- Develop the procurement operation procedures & Continuous improvement

In order to do this, we need support:

1. A strong sourcing team to search and update continuously more designs, products, materials with new technology, new market trend…

2. More suppliers for bra to develop more forms, designs for Vera since this items will bring back value very big.

3. More suppliers for slip line, those can produce merchandise with satin, chiffon… materials.

4. Key items with fast delivery time.

5. Control COGS at the lowest one.

6. Control product quality tightly.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Achieve and exce

- Yearly KPI set up and results update with line manager quarterly

- Develop procurement procedure and be role model of execution.
