Mô tả công việc

Reports directly to Club InterContinental Manager.

Efficient check in and check out at the Club Lounge.

Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other departments as required,

Observes and understands long staying guests’ habits, needs and requests and anticipates their requirements.

Attends any guest’s issues promptly, efficiently and report to the Club InterContinental Manager for service recovery and follow up.

Manages the Club InterContinental staff.

Supports and assists Front Office at peak periods.

Ensures VIPs and IHG Rewards guests receive special attention.

Inspects Club InterContinental front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness.

Assists front desk in greeting, rooming and sending off VIP guests.

Monitors Club InterContinental staff grooming standards.

Conducts departmental daily briefing in absence of Club InterContinental Manager.

Conducts monthly training for staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, Front office or related field.

1-2 years related experiences, an equivalent combination of education and experiences, preferable from InterContinental hotel.

Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Must be fluent English and Vietnamese both reading and writing. Other languages preferred.

Computer skills: Must have good knowledge in PMS, Microsoft: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Must have organizational and interpersonal skills.

Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.

Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business
