Mô tả công việc

Handles all customer issues and queries in a polite and efficient manner, ensuring problems are resolved properly and within reasonable time frames.
Reports customer issues to the managers/supervisors.
Creates positive guest and team interactions, ensures good working relations using a professional and calm manner at all times.
Builds and maintains relationships with regular guests.
Check daily reservations and arrange reserve signage.
Receive and collect reservation information.
