Mô tả công việc

- Ensures all set kitchen standards for Kitchen Section are complied

- Organizes and sets up the assigned section of the Kitchen as effectively as possible to increase the speed and maximize productivity

- Regularly checks stocks taken from the Hotel’s General Food Store, Receiving Section and the Kitchen Section’s store as per the approved purchase orders and store requisitions raised on Market Control (MC) System, making sure the deliveries/ingredients are as per Kitchen’s set standards

- Plans or participates in planning menus and utilization of food surpluses and leftovers, taking into account probable number of guests, market conditions, popularity of various dishes and frequency of menu

- Ensures that all dishes prepared in Kitchen Section are as per the set recipes, consistent in terms of quality, presentation, and food hygiene
