Mô tả công việc

 Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.

 Responsible for the Marketing Department performance.

 Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).

 Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personals.

 Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

 Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).

 Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans and marketing structure.

 Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

 At least 5 years of experience at relevant position, preferably in F&B field.

 Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

 Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.

 Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

 Good knowledge about market trends, can engage customers through emotional branding.

 Matured, dynamic, high responsible, can work under high-pressure.
