Operation
- Makes beverages as per recipe and standards.
- Reduces waste, by monitoring opened goods.
- Has systems in place to reduce and monitor breakage.
- Ensures opened products are used prior to expiry.
- Ensures all recipes are correct according to the menu.
- Suggests and creates new beverage items: wine, cocktails, coffee, smoothie’s juices, etc. And recommends popular or sought-after drinks.
- Monitors social media sites and follows bartending and drinking trends.
- Maintains a clean and fully functionable bar.
- Conducts daily, weekly and monthly stock checks
- Knowledgeable on all Food and Beverage options and can assist as a waiter if needed.
Reponsibility
- Ensuring the bar team provides outstanding hospitality to guests and co-workers.
- Ensuring all beverages are followed to standard.
- In-depth knowledge of all beverage offerings and prices.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards of the bar and all equipment
- Ability to use and update POS systems, for ordering, purchases, cost control, new items, beverage cost and general sales.
- Responsible for cashier systems, opening & closing.
Customer Service
- Works with the floor team to advise guests on appropriate beverage choices.
- Handles all customer issues and queries in a polite and efficient manner, ensuring problems are resolved properly and within reasonable time frames.
- Reports customer issues to the supervisor, Manager / Assistant Manager.
Financial
- Ensures that the restaurant is operated in line with maximising profit while still delivering excellent service.
- Becomes familiar with the beverage cost of each item and seeks ways to optimise cost, whilst still delivering a premium product.
- Assists in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of equipment and other assets.
- Actively creates drink specials to correlate with upcoming events or special occasions
Events
- Checks daily for events and party bookings.
- Pre-orders enough stock for large groups / parties.
- Creates exciting menus for events

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Certificate in Hospitality or related areas
- Experiences: At least 1 years experience as Head bartender in luxury hotels/ resorts/ restaurant or in similar role
- Excellent skills in Guest service and Public Relations, excellent in English
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office tools
- To be honest, careful, good at presentation, negotiation, persuasion, making plan and organisation for task
- Ability to work independently, analyse and solve the issues, conflicts and contradictions.
