Mô tả công việc

Points of service are duties that you need to perform within a specific time frame. Help partner as time permits and necessity dictates.
Carefully read Banquet Log book, check EO and daily report.
Order equipment, goods for functions in the next day and make sure all requirements are fulfil based on EO.
Check meeting equipment, materials, stationery based on banquet forecast before every function starts.
Check all facilities are in good conditions and in order according to Hotel’ standards.
Make sure all adjustment if any are implemented before guests’ coming.
Check equipment and service status for coffee break time including related equipment to serve guests on time.
Frequently pass by during the function to supervise and satisfy guest’s need or adjustment.
Solve guests’ request as soon as possible and report direct to Manager difficult situations.
Supervise clearance status after every function and reset new function if any.
Supervise to decrease broken and missing equipment, report to add or prepare facilities if necessary.
Create good communicate with sale team to provide exceed guest’s expected.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 1-2 years experience in the similar position in upscale luxury hotels
Strong experience of Banquet operation
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
