Selection and guidance of necessary staff in kitchen and adjustment of work schedule
Supervising and monitoring the progress of individual tasks safely and quickly in accordance with standard processes, to evaluate performance, to provide feedback, and to provide the necessary standards for better cooking
Manage food stocks
Supervise the quality, speed of cooking
Check whether kitchen utensils and environment are arranged and functioning safely and efficiently
Checking operation expenses and determining the limits of expenditure through cost analysis or profit analysis
Provide the necessary changes to staff according to the market changes, and establish a plan to implement changes accordingly. Search ways to increase productivity and effectiveness in all aspects, such as menus, ingredients, dishes, and roles.

A graduate of a 2-year cooking school. Or who has been qualified and accumulated experience equivalent to graduating from cooking school

Over 5 years chef experience

Experience in manager of F&B or equivalent education

Experience in managing culinary team -people manager

CV in English.
