Mô tả công việc

To check on debts of guests updated on service departments.
To check and correct when recognizing mistakes.
To follow up limited debts and inform Finance department.
To continue updating accrued expenses.
To check and collate data on the system with check bills of guests forwarded to Finance departments.
To make a list of guests checking out the next day and prepare payment records for the next shift.
To make reports on revenue of the hotel within the day and other reports upon requests of the hotel.
To make statistics of occupancy level, average room rate, no-shows…
To guarantee all complaints of night guests are handled properly, otherwise handover to staff on morning shift to continue.
And other tasks as HOD’s assignments.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position
Self-motivated/ dynamic, friendly, good interpersonal skills
Task management, and great attention to detail
Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
Teamwork and can work under pressure
Experience in field of Customer Service.
Have knowledge of Finance is an advantage
Good experience of Opera system.
