Mô tả công việc

  • Implement everything according to policies and procedures in cost control. Prepare cost reports as required by management.
  • Define the standard cost of goods for dishes, transfer cost of staff meals (staff meals).
  • Ensure all warehousing activities are accurate and complete, with all documents approved as appropriate.
  • Determine the minimum and maximum inventory levels to meet the operation requirements of relevant departments.
  • Analyze into the daily detailed reports on deviations and capacities, such as the trend of cost of goods sold, underutilized items, breakage & loss, etc.
  • Collaborate with the relevant departments to build the costs of all sold items.
  • Track the amount of goods ordered from suppliers and balance with inventory.
  • Track the number of assets, tools and instruments increase / decrease in the period.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for periodic inventory counts.
  • Other tasks as assigned by HOD.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • A degree – level in finance
  • A minimum of 05 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of accounting principles and business compliance.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software applications.
  • Good decision maker
  • High integrity/ creativity thinking
  • Hardworkingand able to work under pressure.
  • Teamwork and experience in working with cross functional departments.
