Mô tả công việc

1. Make time sheet and carry out the check for staff of department
2. Periodically report timekeeping data to T&C department
3. Support monitoring restaurant work schedule for employees, ensure they meet the job requirements of the hotel.
4. Keep track of employees' schedules and promptly notify employees of any changes or delays.
5. Make training plan and training report for department
6. Receive all incoming calls to the department and provide the required information as required.
7. Forward calls to the responsible individuals and departments dealing with them to best meet the requirements of the guests.
8. Coordinate with the related departments to solve the lost goods for guests according to the standard procedures of the hotel.
9. Coordinate with warehouse inventory staff to ensure there are always enough goods to serve the customer.
10. Control the timing of food, beverages provided.
11. Make purchasing request and issue request and plan for submission to the upper level for approval
12. Consolidate your guest service bills and send them to the relevant department.
13. manages the lender of the department
14. Make notes, statistics tables, make reports as required.
15. Ensure that the stock of stationary and office supplies is accounted for and well maintained.
16. Type and coordinate the printing of all outlet menus (daily menus , special etc. ) for the outlet
managers.
17. Store carefully records, documents assigned management.
18. Responsible for managing the equipment in office cubicles, regular cleaning hygiene.
19. Attend training courses, training programs for professional improvement of the department.
20. Participate in all department meetings, actively propose solutions to improve work efficiency.
21. Perform other tasks as required by the manager
