IT SUPPORT INTERN

The IT Support Intern is not only responsible for providing support, advise and help Users in information technology but also in charge of related tasks such as consulting, guidance and maintenance. The IT Support Intern will report to the IT Director.

Key responsibilities include:

Daily follow up IT Helpdesk operation, administrate and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, IT devices
Troubleshoot and resolve PCs, laptops, printers, IT devices related problems.
Explain and help to Staffs when encountering technical problems in the company.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, OS (Windows, Linux and MAC), …

What you need

Final year student, can join full-time internship for 03-06 months
Major in IT/Computer Science or relevant.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, good communication skills and work directly with foreigners
