Security Operator, Systems & Security Control Room

Main Purpose of the Job:

• To co-ordinate and manage operations resources for swift response to arising incidents, assistance request and/or crisis situation.
• To attend to call-in queries/security assistance from both internal and external guest and to dispatch security resources to respond accordingly.
• Assigning of door access and encoding of ID pass upon request with proper documents.
• Ensure compliance to all Casino regulation in terms of access control for Back of House and Operations of Security Control Room.
• Preparation and issuance of all passes for all new joiners and contractors, as per listing provided by Human Resource and sponsoring Department respectively.
• Collection of returned passes from Human Resource and contractors for deactivation and destruction.
• Maintain inventory and maintenance of pass office equipment.
• Granting of user access rights for Electronic Key and Cabinet System based on Departments’ requirement and access matrix.
• To monitor movement at staff entrances and render assistance when required.
• Conduct bag check, security screening and impersonation (photo to person) check.
• Supervise Outsourced Security personnel deployed at Pass Office/security checkpoint.
• To proactively monitor and review resort-wide CCTV.
• Putting up of incident and tasking report.
• To monitor various security and Building Management system.
• Timely dissemination of information to relevant department/s.
• To liaise with various Departments to ensure resolution of any situation.
• To ensure prompt activation of State Police and/or ambulance service in accordance to established processes and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned/directed by the Head of Division.

• 1 year of Security/law enforcement/hospitality/service related industry experience. Past working experience in casino environment is an added advantage.
• Able to perform shift duties.
• A Team player and able to work under stress.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with operating Security equipment and system.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin or dialect (Cantonese, Korea, etc.) speaking is an advantage.
