2. Tư vấn và giới thiệu khách hàng các món ăn,đồ uống,promotion,set menu,cigar …/ Counseling and introducing customers to dishes, drinks, promotion, set menu, cigar …….

3. Lấy order từ khách hàng / Take orders from guests .

4. Ghi nhận thông tin order từ khách, xác nhận lại với khách chính xác tên món ăn – thức uống, số lượng, các yêu cầu đặc biệt…/ Record order information from guest, reconfirm with guest the exact name of food - drinks, quantity, special requirements ...

5. Upselling thức ăn,thức uống,whisky,cigar …../ Upselling food, drinks, whiskey, cigar ... ..

6. Chuyển order cho thu ngân, bếp, bar / Transfer order to cashier, kitchen, bar.

7. Phục vụ khách hàng đồ ăn và thức uống / Serve customers with food and drink.

8. Kiểm tra các món ăn trước khi phục vụ khách / Check the dishes before serving the guests.

9. Phục vụ đúng bàn, đúng món ăn, đủ số lượng, đúng thứ tự / Serve the right table, the right dishes, the right quantity and the right order.

10. Thực hiện việc khui rượu,rót rượu, châm rượu và nước suối thêm nước sốt, ghi nhận order bổ sung…/ Making wine opener, pouring wine, filling wine and water, adding sauce, recording additional order ...

11. Hiểu biết về ẩm thực,whisky,cigar và chương trình khuyến mãi của outlet / Understand food, whiskey, cigar and outlet promotions.

12. Làm đúng quy trình và phong cách phục vụ của nhà hàng / Follow the right process and service style of the restaurant.

13. Sẵn sàng đáp ứng các yêu cầu chính đáng của thực khách và nhiệt tình giải đáp các thắc mắc của khách với thái độ niềm nở,hoà nhã,ân cần với khách / Willing to respond to the legitimate requests of customers and enthusiastically respond to customers' inquiries with a warm, amiable and considerate attitude to guests.

14. Sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khách xử lý các sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình dùng bữa: khách làm đổ thức uống, bể dĩa,ly …/ Ready to assist guests in handling problems arising during meals: guests spilled drinks, broken dishes, glasses ...

15. Thực hiện quy trình thanh toán cho khách theo đúng tiêu chuẩn của nhà hàng / Make payment for customers in accordance with restaurant standards.

16. Ghi nhớ tên và thói quen ( thức ăn,thức uống,yêu cầu đặc biệt ) của khách vip hay khách quen để thể hiện sự trân trọng và làm khách happy / Remember the names and habits (foods, drinks, special requests) of vip guests or patrons to show appreciation and make them happy.

17. Thu dọn bàn ăn, setup bàn mới chuẩn bị phục vụ khách tiếp theo / Clean up the dining table, set up a new table to prepare to serve the next guest .

1. Diploma in tourism/hospitality management .
   
2. At least 2 years in similar position in 4 - 5 star hotel or fine dining restaurant .
3. Able to perform high quality work while unsupervised .
4. Good english and communication skill,customer relationship skills .
5.  Knowledgeable about beverage,whisky,cigar …and working in restaurant,basic computer skills .
