Mô tả công việc

1. Fully responsible for all aspects of Lounge.

2. Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.

3. Randomly inspecting to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels, expiry etc) with the F & B Manager & Chef.

4. Dealing with Suppliers / Vendors for quality products involving Purchase Manager and providing performance assessment of vendors every quarter to HO Purchase.

5. Inspecting all department with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.

6. Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.

7. Meet all dept. heads to review & train the staff to upkeep the human capital.

8. Conduct weekly / Daily meeting with marketing people for enquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up the business.

9. Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organisation.

10. Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the Cigar Lounge.

11. Any other duties assigned by Operation Manager

At least 2 year experience in the F&B, culinary supervisor level;
Good inter-personality and supervisory skills;
Proficiency in English;
