Marketing Manager

Responsible for driving hotel’s channel performance by managing social media practices, optimizing hotel content, and integrating to IHG tools and systems. Develop and implement hotel Distribution marketing strategies across Websites, Central Reservation Offices, Global Distribution Systems, and On Line Travel Agents to increase revenue through system contribution. The key influencer of channel shifting and create hotel awareness around the value of IHG Rewards. Produces a Digital Marketing Plan which promotes and maintains the prestigious image of the hotel. Duties involve planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Digital and on-line activities.

• 3 years experiences in Marketing, Distribution Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Public Relations
• Hospitality/Travel luxury brand experience
• BA Degree in related subject
• Demonstrated expertise of online / offline marketing
• Creative, innovative and aware of new technology trends in the travel industry
• Understanding of SEM/SEO; social media content management tools and other online tools
• Engaged in social media platforms
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, Photoshop skills will be a plus
• Familiarity with graphic design, term and process
• Strong communication skills in English and local language. Key source market language is a plus
• Team player, International mind set
