Retail Business / Operation Manager based in Hoi ana

-handle daily store operation, administration, management and maintain Luxury image of the shop.

-Manage sales and service quality, ensure to maximize sales and productivity, achieve targets, contribute to the growth of sales, manpower efficiency and can meet VIP customer service standard.

-Handle customer complaints and returns according to the company regulations

-Handle customer relationship management, handle all enquiries and ad-hoc requests from shops and landlords

-Set up the collection in the store according to the Company’s merchandising policy and ensure the implementation of the Company’s merchandising plans

-Spend most of the time on the sales floor, coach and train the staff to improve their sales techniques

-Assure the general maintenance of the shop and daily managing the maintenance problems in order to maintain the Company’s standard
