Mô tả công việc

Baker responsibilities include:

• Manage food taste and quality

• Manage timeline and schedule of baking and other bakers

• Work together with owner to create recipes to renew our menu and seasonal cakes using Vietnamese seasonal fruits and attract more customers

• Decorating cakes using creative techniques with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings, like flowers

• Keep kitchen & equipment & tools clean before & after use

• Prepare custom-made pastries based on customers’ preferences (e.g. birthday cakes)

• Track food supplies and place orders, as needed

• Understanding hospitality for customer (Will be trained once you join us)

Working hour, Salary & Benefit

 There is shift during café operating time (8am to 9pm). Holiday & total working hour follow vietnamese labor law

Requirements

• Person who is careful about measuring ingredient & quality, hygiene, love to baking

• Understanding of food safety practices

• Experience with cake decoration techniques

• Excellent time-management skills

• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

• Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude

• Certification from a culinary school is a plus

• English (our store is located in Expat area, where Thao Dien)
